Slack Security Breach

Slack suffered a security incident at the end of 2022 which affected some of its private GitHub code repositories. The Slack app has an estimated 18 million users worldwide.

A number of Slack employees tokens were stolen and threat actors attempted to gain access through these. The tokens have since been invalidated and according to Slack some private code repositories were breached but customer data was unaffected.
